My Order
Processing Orders
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
- Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the next business day.
- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Currently, we are unable to accept orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
- All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Inquiring About Your Order
- Track your most recent orders by visiting the My Orders page in the My Account section or click here for direct access. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders from scentfushion.com.
- When you click on My Orders, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. The order summary page will provide detailed information about your current and past orders.
- After your order is shipped, you can track the delivery status online with our carrier by clicking the tracking number. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
Orders Lost or Missing
If your tracking information confirms delivery, but you are unable to locate your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and family members.
- Look in your mailbox, porch, or other delivery areas.
- Contact the carrier directly.
For any lost, missing, wrong, or damaged items, you must report them immediately upon receipt of the shipment. Retain any damaged, wrong, or missing items, including the original packaging. We reserve the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
Canceling Orders
Want to Cancel Your Order? If your order was placed less than 15 minutes ago and you would like to cancel, please log into your account and select the order you wish to cancel. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
